Naxals sneak in, Jeypore on alert

JEYPORE: An alert has been sounded in Koraput district after over 100 hardcore Naxalites from neighbouring Chhattisgarh and Malkangiri district reportedly entered the tribal pockets of Jeypore sub-division. According to reports, four days back, the district police received an intelligence report from Bastar district of Chhattisgarh over movement of armed Naxals towards Jeypore sub-division. Read more
